Refunds are not given for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong item, so please consider your purchase carefully.

Refunds are not given for faults or damage caused by misuse of the product.
Please only use the product for its intended purpose and ensure you follow the care instructions provided.
 
If your product is faulty within two weeks of purchase you may return it. Depending upon the type of fault, we can offer repair, refund or exchange.
 
We do not offer any warranties, and beyond this two-week period we will not accept returns. However, as we are committed to creating high quality, durable products, we will happily discuss any issues and take reasonable steps to remedy the situation up to six months after your purchase.
 
If you notice a fault, please stop using the product and contact us immediately.

Returns procedure:
Email info@carpentersdaughter.co with a description and/or images of the fault, a request for refund, repair or exchange, and your receipt.

When we receive the item we will assess the fault and email you to confirm or discuss your request.
 
If you choose a refund the original price paid for the item/s, excluding the shipping fee, will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
 
If you choose repair or exchange, we will advise you of the expected wait time. We will endeavour to repair and return your product or make and send a new one as quickly as possible.
